Privacy
Last updated 30 October 2026. She Nodds is run by lewkAi in South Africa. We follow the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
- When you sign in with Google: your name and email from Google, and a Google account number so we know it is you.
- The public name you choose.
- Your confirmation that you are 18 or older, and that you are a woman.
- Two photos: a live face photo and a profile photo.
- What you post: threads, replies and reports.
- Who invited you, so we can see who let whom in.
Why
To run the forum, to check who joins, and to keep it safe for the women in it.
Who sees what
- Other members see your public name, your profile photo and your posts. They never see your Google name or your email.
- Kelly, who reviews new members, sees your name, email and both photos so she can decide whether to let you in.
How long we keep photos
- Your live face photo is kept while Kelly reviews your application. It is deleted within 7 days after she decides. If she has not decided within 30 days of you joining, it is deleted then.
- Your profile photo is kept while you are a member. It is deleted when you are removed or banned.
The lewkAi customer system
lewkAi keeps a contact record for each member in its own customer system: your name, your email, the date you joined and who let you in. We use it only to run lewkAi. It is not shared with anyone else.
Who we use to run it
Google, for sign-in. Hostinger, for the server the site runs on. We do not sell your details or give them to advertisers.
Your choices
Email louis@lewkai.com to see, correct or delete your information. Deleting your information removes your profile and your photos.
Age
She Nodds is for women aged 18 and over. We delete any account we find belongs to someone under 18.
